Multi-channel ads campaign manager (Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit)

Flatworld is a young fully-remote startup set on a mission to distribute global opportunities by improving the matching between remote-workers and companies searching for remote-talent. Our matching algorithm combines technical-skills with personality traits, soft-skills and more. Our optimized matching creates a win-win situation where both sides are happy, which in turn drives great outcomes including longer retention and higher engagement. Our global sourcing strategy leverages Facebook, Linkedin, Quora and Reddit to get great global talent from 50+ countries to apply for pre-vetted remote-jobs using our platform. This in-flow of candidates is our oxygen pipelines as well as our biggest expense. Efficient ad campaigns mean getting better talent faster which has a direct impact on the customer satisfaction. You'll be working directly with the CEO, building together new strategies to improve our outreach and inflow of great global candidates. You will: * Own our multi-channel outreach strategy and operation (Facebook, Linkedin, Quora and reddit)* Define KPIs and create performance dashboards * Make advertising channel decisions based on DATA * Build a Multi-Channel strategy playbook based on DATA * Perform daily benchmarking and introduce a continuous improvement process * Drive our ROI up by maximizing the effectiveness of our advertising channels * Perform target audience research and optimizations * Build multi-step conversion campaigns based on our pixels You'd be a great fit if you * Are a data driven person - your marketing decisions will need to be based on concrete measured performance data * Got experience in building performance dashboards based on Excel or on-line tools * Got profound experience in managing campaigns/ads across multiple digital channels - Facebook and Linkedin as the minimum * Got experienced in running multiple projects in parallel with monthly budgets >$10K * Love performing campaign optimizations and the feeling of making a difference * Got the desire to own the responsibility of our in-flow performance and constantly improve it * Looking for a part-time job (~2 hours daily for now), will increase as we grow) * Good written and verbal English communication Bonus points: * Experienced with managing ads on Quora and Reddit * Enjoy building advertising playbooks that standardize decisions made * Understand technical terminology related to software development * Got experience in doing social recruiting ads * Have an automation mind-set To Apply: [login to view URL]
