First case: pregnancy monitoring We provide support to pregnant women through SMS messages. Each week of pregnancy corresponds to a specific type of message, totaling 36 weeks. Our goal is to add women to the SMS campaign based on their week of pregnancy. Thus, if a woman joins the campaign and is at 6 weeks of pregnancy, she will not receive messages from weeks 1 to 5. Similarly, if she joins the list at 12 weeks, she will not receive messages from weeks 1 to 11. 2. Second case: In this scenario, regardless of when a contact is added to the list, they receive all scheduled messages. For example, consider a campaign for nutrition awareness, with messages sent at regular intervals (daily or weekly). When a contact is added, they start receiving messages from the beginning, starting with message 01, and so on, according to the defined frequency.
