Need Someone to Add 100,000 Fans to Multiple Facebook Pages

I need someone to add up to 100,000 fans to one of my Facebook pages. I would like to know your methods, (you don't need to tell me step by step), just how you plan on doing it so I can approve whether or not it's too Black Hat. I have 7 clients that have already paid me and I need this done on 7 different accounts over the next 3 months of the contract I have with them. These are corporate accounts and I cannot afford to lose them to spammy methods, but a little gray area is ok.
