Dear Sir, as you requested I am a mechanical engineer and do FEM projects within the known standards and with high quality. For the stress analysis, I prefer to use ANSYS as FEM Software. After doing a stress analysis for the current model I will know the ability or max limit for your structure. Hello, myself Abhishek Pandey, I am lsdyna engineer in very well known engineering firm tier 1. And have great knowledge of materials in non linear range. So you can trust me . If you need we can make better models using ANSA preprocessors or I can do it in ansys as required. But in my opinion ls dyna and ANSA preprocessor will give 90 % accurate results. You need to provide me material curves( it is the only requirement from my side except CAD MODEL). I WOULD LOVE TO DO THE WORK WITH YOU.
