Convert an AS2 banner (almost no code) into AS3

Hi. I need this AS2 design converted to AS3 per Googles Specifications of what a YouTube Masthead banner should look and work like. You will find in the attached files: 1. The AS2 file to be converted to AS3 2. The Masthead Template that Google considers now as it's standard to work with.
