268839 Flash Menu Tweaks 2

I have a Flash menu that I hired a programmer to assist me with. As is now, the rollover and rollout animations are not smooth enough. If you rollout of a button too fast and rollover another button, it jerks and jumps between the two and looks terrible. I am looking for someone to assist in making this work and run smooth - look at [login to view URL] - the buttons on the bottom - this is the effect I am trying to achieve, but using the animation sequences and motion paths you see in my attached Flash source file. I originally thought that we needed to create separate movie clips for each button animation and then call specific actions and frames through Action Script. But this is not how the programmer did it and I do not know if implementing this method will help with my current issues or not. I need someone to assist with this NOW, and need the menu completed within the next couple of hours, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not bid if you cannot work on this immediately, or if you do not have a strong knowledge of Flash and Actionscript. I would like to see a sample of the fixed menu, using the attached Flash source file (so I can see the affect on the tweens, animations,etc), and to show you understand what I need. The chosen programmer will have much more future work. URGENT! URGENT! URGENT!
