Draw & Animate 3 Characters

Since i am a bad designer, i need 3 characters for my project. About the characters: They need to be rectangle like, example: [login to view URL] So not 100% rectangle, but almost like rectangles. And they need to be good looking when it's 70x90pixels, some pics are good when they are big, but look too compressed when little. 1. Robber - little animation(eyes or mouth maybe), sneaky eyes. 2. Security guard - not to look like too police like, little animation(your choice) 3. Policeman - in police uniform and with mustache, little animation(your choice) Security guard and policeman must look quite a different in design. PLUS THIS: One animation about robber: Robber needs to be mad at the safe door behind him, cause he can't open it. IMPORTANT: They need to be good looking in DARK background, this is quite important cause otherwise we might not see some lines. And all this must be in flash, i need FLA of the animations and drawings. Thanks for reading :)
