minor change to a template

i need someone to edit this template the site is all done except the following [login to view URL] - SERVICES section to include my individual services. (see details at bottom) - there are 3 icons at the top. need to change it to facebook icon. there is a xml file which you can edit. facebook icon to use is [login to view URL] details click on SERVICES and any of the individual service there are a total of 8 services. each must show a popup (with images and text) i already have the contents of each of the services, including pictures. some services might have more content so need to put a READ MORE icon. some services might have less content. so can fit into one read more popup. i want the design to look something like this [login to view URL] bidder must be familiar with this template. or at least be good at flash. i need to finish it by 1 or 2days. my budget is $20-$30.
