Fruit Slicer Game

Hello! My name is Matar Ahmed and I’m writing to you because I want to collaborate with you if you are open for business. I would like to do an endless fruit cutting game, it will be very similar to voodoo games. The main idea is that you will be able to cut fruits that roll, but you have to do it at the right time, if you do not do it on the right time or hit something other than fruits then the game is over, but I would like to give an extra chance by watching a video. There will be different modes in the game but the endless mode will be the main mode, and I want the animation of the game to be very smooth. I would like to monetize it with advertisements (admob) and In-app purchases. Me and my marketing team would cover the marketing, sales, and finance. Can you send me your previous references?
