I'm in need of assistance to develop an innovative smart tool that incorporates interactive Geographic Information System (GIS) maps and versatile data analysis capabilities. This project is aimed at: * Visualizing geographic information * Unveiling patterns and trends * Empowering informed decision-making The interactive map should possess certain specific functionalities such as: * Zoom in/out capabilities * Search functions for specific locations * Allocation of multiple activities within these locations * Visualization of demand by geographical location Data to be processed and analyzed through the smart tool includes but not limited to API, Connected Vehicle Data (CVD), and any other relevant data that you might propose. Desired Skills & Experience: * Proven experience in GIS, preferably with a solid background in implementing interactive features * Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools * Confidence in suggesting and working with different types of data * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify trends and patterns from complex datasets. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Besides developing the tool, you are kindly requested to make a report that has: 1- Methodology: explain how to get the data and how to use it, and explain about the data collection. 2- Approach: explain the application life cycle and the steps from how to create it - how to operate it to how to make development.
