I have many years of experience working with writers, helping them find their voices. For four years, I taught a Masters Course in screenwriting in my country, South Africa. This was a screenwriting course - but before we even got to writing dialogue, the work was on: tone, style, the writer's voice, character, structure and the themes and premise of the piece. I have just completed a one-year contract with Showmax doing story development and script editing work - helping writers find their voice and style and, with that, fleshing out their characters and consolidating structure and theme/s.
