We use a workflow on a platform called Formsite. Formsite has an integration with Google sheets. We pass the values from the submission of Form 1 into the 1st google sheet. When the workflow link is accessed and completed, those values are passed into the 2nd google sheet. The first few cells of each row in both sheets are identical. I need a 3rd google sheet programmed which display the first few cells of each row from the 1st sheet. When the 2nd sheet values are passed into the 3rd sheet, they cause the row with the same 1st sheet values to disappear. Thus, the only values that remain in the 3rd sheet are those which have not yet been passed into it from the 2nd sheet. See attachment for sample.

Dear sir, I have a good understanding of google sheet and the formula needed for your project since I have used google sheet for more than 5 years. My skills has helped many companies produce their financial accounting reports using spreadsheet where their accountant only needed to input transactions into one sheet (general ledger) and then the inputted result is calculated to their respective account(balance sheet, income statement, cash-flow statement).
