Pixel Art Work - Characters, Buildings, Terrain, Tiles, etc 32 X 32

I am programming a web browser based game which will be using 32 X 32 pixel tiles for all the graphics. I need someone who can draw beautiful pixel styled graphics for my game. My budget is not very high because this is a non profit game. I am just doing this for fun as a project. I am currently working on the game and would love if someone can help me and start providing graphics right away. Please show me samples of your work and give me an idea of your time frame and pricing in your bid. Lastly, all graphics must be 100% unique and created for me and given to me with 100% rights to use how I want. No stealing and I will not provide any royalties in the future if my game ever does make money. Thank you!
