Design an App Mockup

Trivia game, game will enable 2-5 people to compete for answering the right question the fastest time. i will need the following milestones: Milestones 0. simple 1 page graphics - to see your level 1. simple POC Mockup (design) 2. simple html/js/css (server side will be supplied by me). 3. the whole game design 4. html/js/css - tell me if this included too (server side will be supplied by me) payment ======== part 0 - before the contract - no payment. part 1+2 = 30% of total payment part 3+4(4 is optional) - 70% of total payment payment using milestones, pay after each milestone, we can do smaller/bigger milestones.
