German Christmasfest - Weihnachtsfest graphics

Superb opportunity for pure art, graphic art lovely vibe project. 'German Christmasfest - Weihnachtsfest' imagery. I need Illustrator files and PDF's of an event brand similar to attached IoW Festival poster. Cannot be a copy (obviously!) but just an influence. The poster is your main reference point. The other attached items should give you some ideas and a feel for the look and vibe of the [login to view URL] two angels should be swopped for female in dirndl and male in lederhosen. There should be a Christmas feel with elves, snow and German beer steins somewhere. If you are thinking 'thats hard but I'd like to have a go' forget it please. I need someone who can do it professionally, quickly and from the heart and knows the feel and vibe of Octoberfest and English Christmas. I need the image on all these items * double sided full colour (CMYK) flyers A7 (105H X 74Wmm). * tickets full colour 'edge-to-edge' (CMYK) single sided * posters AO, A3 and A4 but I will manage that. You are only dealing with brand image designed at AO size for the largest poster. I will resize, scale and change to fit the items listed above. You will have your name linked to the artwork. I reserve all rights on IP for the idea and theme of the imagery. Cultural exposure to German and Austrian Oktoberfest and beer festivals and English Christmas would be needed I think to get a heartfelt understanding of the imagery. Now....:) this need to be done quickly and professionally. It is not easy as you need to have a clear idea of what you are going to achieve and it need to be done as a balance between quality (wow, look at that) and speed of project closure. Your work will be the main 'eye-catcher' and draw for the promotional material. I want a retro fairytale feel (look at main IoW Festival poster and retro Grimm elves image) BUT with some trending tech drawn in like an elf holding up an iPad with 'German Christmasfest - Weihnachtsfest' (at this point you should giggle with enthusiasm) Thanks for taking the time to read AND understand what I need.
