Business Card Design

I've attached a sample of my bosses current business card it is actually printed on a PCB but the cost is extremely high & they were a gift from one of our suppliers. I suggested that we may be do some gold /copper foil or something on a heavy card stock. We would also like to incorporate a QR code in the square in the back pointing to our website & a variation of our logo on the front. I'm not sure if you will be able to see from the scan but there are circuit path linens on the back as well; I was thinking we could do a shade variation on the black to give a similar effect. We also have an updated toll free number (855) 628-5600 & e-fax (855) 628-7766 as well as individual extensions. We will need complete Illustrator Files & PDF Print Ready Files as well for five employes. Please see attachments for samples & specifications.
