SEO+Graphics+Content expert as Virtual Assistant - Long term (repost)

Anything and everything possible by you that can get us more and more traffic on the site. I will need daily Work report that must demonstrate time you spent on this project that day besides weekly status report that demonstrates minimum 40 hours of effort per week. Weekly payments possible. Payments will not be linked to any specific targets as long as the effort as required is demonstrated.
