Logo, Animation & Template Design - Powerpoint, Poster, Handbook, Name Cards, Pen & Agenda, Animation. Kickstart 13

Our company is hosting a meeting early in the new year and we need a logo and some stationary designed as follows: LOGO: Logo is to be based on words: Kickstart '13 Slogan is: Year for growth The new logo is to be used on all stationary etc. It will be used in conjunction with our current GREENLINE GROUP logo (see files) so consider a matching theme or style. A symbol or similar could be added for extra visual effect. The current GREENLINE GROUP logo is in ZapfHumnst Dm BT font and full strength pantone 376, but glad of any suggestions/ variations. Note you do not need to show the GREENLINE GROUP logo in your design, only the Kickstart '13 logo and slogan. STATIONARY: Stationary required is as follows: 1. We need a powerpoint template designed with a cover page, 3x content styles and a finish page. To include fonts, logos, text boxes etc. 16:10 ratio. Preferably Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 2. Poster template (A1 portrait size) - 3x styles with logo, fonts, text boxes etc. Provide in Adobe InDesign format 3. Handbook. We need a 20 page A5 portrait handbook. To include cover page with logos (large), standard content pages and pages where participants can make notes, include fonts, logos, text boxes etc. Provide in Adobe InDesign format 4. Place card name tags. Include logo and sample participant name. Provide in Adobe InDesign format 5. Agenda template. Include logo and sample agenda. 1 page A4 portrait. Provide in Adobe InDesign format 6. I need an animation in wmv or avi format with an animated logo. I had thought the logo could include a symbolic football in mid-air and thought the animation could show the logo with the football flying towards you and breaking through the screen. Glad of all ideas. 7. Do logo design for engraving onto pen (final size will be provided). Provide in Adobe PDF. You are pricing to supply me the templates and animation as listed above in the relevant format listed above, I will add content myself. TIMELINE: I will award this project by Friday this week Aussie time or LATEST Monday, so get bids in early. Initial samples to be complete by Friday 28th December and will be approved/ commented that day. Finals to be complete by Monday 31st. SUBMIT WITH BID: I recommend you submit a sample logo and a few samples of the above, you can submit these samples as a pdf or jpeg and I won't use them but they will be used to judge your capability in delivering this project. Bids without specific samples won't rank as high as those that do.
