Build an affiliate website

I need a php + mysql + java or jQuery... coder that can fill in the code for the template I made at: [login to view URL] There are like 7 or so html pages there, I need just the code that will "do" all the things marked with RED color! Example: "[login to view URL]" is (should be) a simple user registering page (so I will pay you here to write the code that will capture all the details inserted by the user & write them onto a mysql database = this code I need from you on this page and so on for each of those 7-8 html pages). Basically I need to be able to register users, so they can access their own password protected pages plus the Admin area. All users should be connected via own affiliate links so they can track their earnings. When a new user is registered via affiliate links, the refer partner should be credited (just like all the affiliate type websites works). It is a simple job if YOU KNOW codding. Design: I will make it myself, you should work only on th FUNCTIONALITY and use this basic (raw) design. I accept new users as long as they really KNOW what they are doing; I WILL make negative ratings if you waste my time !!! I can only spend around 40$ on this project.
