I need help coming up with a UI/UX for a web form that will allow end users to edit a restaurant menu for a point of sale system. I have a firm grasp of what functionality needs to be present, but I am having a hard time coming up with a user friendly interface for it. So I need to find someone who can take my functionality requirements and translate that into a web form interface. The deliverable should be a series of PSDs or other similar design documents that will give a developer a solid understanding of what needs to be built. Since the requirements are somewhat open-ended, I am paying on an hourly basis for this job. I need someone with good English speaking (not just writing/typing) skills because I want to start the project with a Skype meeting. I would like to discuss the details in a quick chat session prior to awarding the job.
