Drupal website frame and functions from a model site

Hello Dear Freelancers, I wish to make a website in drupal same like a model website(site only will give to selected freelancers).The functions are 100 % similar to the model website. 1. contents and photos are upload by myself. 2. only need frame and functionality for the website with same background of model [login to view URL] serious freelancers need to apply who can work instantly and show the updates [login to view URL] need to apply if you want to start after one or two weeks later. More details will share with selected freelancers. P.S: it is only fixed price work of 275 USD. It is not a big project so don't try to mis lead me.
