Format the content of a website to be visually attractive and entertaining

I want a designer who can format the content of websites in such a way that turns any badly formatted text to become very visually attractive and well illustrated with relevant images where necessary. I have about ten different websites whose contents, I'd like you to format. But I'd like you to start with one website to begin with for this project.
