Design a Wordpress Mockup

Requirement: Require a unique website designs for a web development company. I am the sole owner and I can build websites but I am a terrible designer and looking for something creative and unique. Base Platform: Wordpress Site What I like: - One Page with parrallex. - I have produced a verticle one page site. See [login to view URL] - I would ideally like a horizontal style single page. Here is a template example of the wordpress site: [login to view URL] Note: Although a template will be used that is only to provide a base line. Entire look and feel needs to be unique, else I will be seen to be only using templates. If you have suggestions on how I should build it, then I am open to suggestions. Site branding: I have a logo already created but I am open to changing it slightly where needed. If we can use the colours there then excellent but it's not mandatory. Key Pages: - Homepage - Services Page For services, I provide the following (hosting, website design and build, mobile app design and build. I was thinking that maybe I need to add some sort of project approach for delivering work too. Happy to give more detail on this if needed. - Portfolio Page. Something Unique and cool. Due to budget of this project, I am not expect the designer to make too many pages, thus I have listed only key pages above. I have included my logo as an attachment.
