Wordpress 5 Page Design - Mock up must be submitted before being selected

Please note the requirements for this project are very the strict. Payment for the project will only be made if your home page mockup design is selected to then create a full 5 page website design, logo and character. The mock up MUST be provided before hiring. Please do not provide a quote if you are not able to provide a preliminary mock up. Without this mockup I am unable to know if you understand the scope of the project and the provided tasks and I will not pay for work that I have no guarantee what it will look like. Your previous work will not count as a mockup. This design must be unique original and your own work. If you are a designer you should be able to be creative so no templates please. If you are selected for this project and your work is amazing, I have 4 more projects. If your work is fantastic bonuses are given. We pay quickly and we are very fair but very specific :) This project is very high fast paced and must meet expectations based on the mock up. Mock ups must be submitted within 1 day of submitting quote if you would like to be selected for this project. If you can not provide a mockup in 1 day then you are not suited for this project. Please review the example sites closely. They are very simple but very effective. The form is very important. It must be clean and easy to use and include "zip + insurance type drop down or something similar" Website Design: The name of the site is MRPROVIDER. Mr Provider is a butler who provides Life insurance for people. He is a happy and likeable character. The website design I would like to be a similar layout to [login to view URL] but instead of the girl, it would be 'mr provider/butler'. The part after the fold where you see 'snapshot, home + Auto, the apron' please replace this with the insurance types " term, permanent, final expense" with relevant background images. The style should be very clean and modern and minimalistic. HD images should be used. Modern navigation and header. Colors should be mostly white background, with very light gray for divider sections. Blue color for logo and anything else. Very clean and minimalistic design, easy to use, great UX. Website Character/Mascot: We are building a life insurance website called "[login to view URL]" the character/mascot is a "butler" who provides life insurance services to people. I have attached the best example of this image I could find) I would like this butler to be created either 2D or 3D like [login to view URL] (example images attached) I would like to have a 3D but if you are unable to create 3D then 2D is ok. I have attached some sample images of the 2D 3D Character design. If you are unable to create a 3D design please let us know, you can still submit a mockup for the web design and logo but they pay will be about $100-300 less. Logo Info and color scheme info: The logo can created however you feel would fit with this idea, clean minimalistic. Colors: White background, light grey page breaks, blue. Clean HD images.
