I feel obliged to mention that I don't have any experience with the steam api, however i do have a lot of experience in development and after having a quick look at the api it seems pretty straight forward. Therefore finishing up the bots will not be much of a problem. I will be using the Laravel PHP framework to code the website. I have a lot of experience with the framework and currently am using it to build an Air Bnb style website.
