10 days is a bit aggressive. Three weeks would be better to write the code, test it and integrate. Will your clients enter one property at a time - manually or will they upload a data feed? How will payment by accounted for? Or maybe that process is already in place. Will the listings expire after a certain number of days? Is the search and filter function already built?
