Build a Website

I need a website set up for a B2B social network. The theme I am working with is called real property theme for WordPress. The site will be a membership only site it is based on a website called [login to view URL] but with added functionality. Please refer to the additional functionality needed in the file. Budget is 200-300 dollars I can provide you with the theme. I can set up the layout of the front page it is more the back end functionality I need set up. This website needs to be top notch and If this project is successful there will be opportunity to have ongoing work as webmaster after site is launched. Please no time wasters I need someone who is passionate and not just after money, I have had some bad experiences on here if you think you cant deliver or you are planning to add some extra prices on top after I agree do not bother applying budget is fixed and final
