Your budget is quite low ($550) USD to complete a build out that size is almost laughable. If you wanted to majorly cut corners like it seems you do by leverging another piece of software from Themeforest and then leveraging an API 3rd party tool, it would make it cheaper but you know you would not own the code rights right? We can handle a project like this, will put a small team together and will have in down inside 30 days. Of course will need all final details.
