Vacation Rental Website Requirements I am looking for a website to replace my existing Vacation Rental By Owner ([login to view URL]) site with a brand new website ([login to view URL] )that will give all of the details that are on my three properties. The three VRBO properties are 649278, 792981, and 705980. I am looking to have the first page of the website display the three properties with three main photos with a short description of each rental. My logo will also be displayed on this website. You would then select the property that you are interested in renting. When you are in a property, it should be very similar to my current VRBO sites. Each property will have 24 photos, and I would like to have a YouTube video link for each vacation home. On each picture I would like a word description like I have on the current sites. I would also like a guest review section where my current VRBO reviews can be moved over to this site Calendar Feature I am looking to have a full calendar feature for each property. If the property is available, the web site should be able to quote a price from the loaded rates, taxes, and fees that are loaded on the site. The calendar will definitely need to check the availability of the property, or tell the renter that it is not available. The rates for different times should also be listed on the site like the current VRBO site. The website should also have a book-it feature where the renter can book the property. Once the rental is accepted, the calendar should be able to keep track of the contact name, phone number, email, and if the renter paid the 1st or final payment and when the second payment will be due. I also would like to be able to change the rates without having to contact a programmer after the web site is up and running, and the ability to change pictures without the need to get a programmer. Email Feature I need the site to automatically send a thank you email to the renter after they leave the property to ask for a review. I also would like a default welcome email which will be sent when the guest arrives at the property. The welcome and thank you emails should be a standard format with the name of the guest and the dates automatically inserted from the information that the guest entered so I do not have to send anything. I currently have email templates for responding to rental requests. For example, an availability template, accept reservations, unavailable, payment request, request review, and alternate cabin template. I would like these email templates added as well. Once the property is booked, I should receive an email where I can accept or decline the rental. With the acceptance of the rental, my rental contract should be attached to the email. Payments I would also like to accept credit cards with Paypal or credit cards. With the billing, I would like an email to automatically be sent to the rental where it reminds the rental that the final payment is due in seven days. This payment request will be sent 21 days before the final payment is due with the final payment being due 14 days before arrival to the property.. Location Service The site should also have a location service similar to Google Maps, which will identify the location of the property, and a section for owner information. Search Engine Optimization and Facebook Ads I would also like an option for search engine optimization. I may just use Facebook ads at first, but I would like an option to get a high ranking where people will visit my site.
