character animation

I run a small production company and need to do some simple animation with Adobe Character Animator and would like 12 characters drawn in a layered photoshop file, preferably set up/rigged correctly for Adobe Character Animator. I have to create characters/caricatures that are similar to the Royal family tree with respect to age etc. I only need a front on full body perspective with very basic clothing.. no crowns or anything Royal just standard attire. I can provide a couple of examples. I would do this myself but I do not have the time as I would hope to get some drafts back before the 8th of Jan if possible. Preference will be given to the person who can deliver in a format that works with Character Animator but it is NOT essential... even illustrator files will be fine.
