I'm in need of a skilled developer to create a property management website with a range of functional features. These must include: The website should have a feature for integration with respected platforms and technologies such as: -Payment gateway: Incorporating a secure and reliable online payment system for hassle-free transactions. -Email notifications: Automated email notifications regarding tenant updates, payment confirmations, maintenance requests etc. -Document storage: A system for storing vital documents such as rental agreements, property documentation, and relevant legal papers. -Social media clickbait and SEO integration: The website must be optimized for search engines and should have provisions for effective social media integration. -Xero integration: For streamlined financial tracking and reporting. As a successful candidate, you should have experience in web development, a strong understanding of user roles and permission, and integration of various technologies. Knowledge of the property management industry would be a bonus. After a few months of trading you will be asked to take up the second phase of the project which will involve: -Tenant management: A system for managing tenant details, their leases, and communication. -Rental listing: An easy-to-use platform where available properties can be listed for rent. -Maintenance request: A feature that allows tenants to easily request property maintenance. User roles must be defined and differentiated for property owners and property managers, each with its own set of access to the system’s features and information.
