Create a Cartoon Animation about Digital Marketing

Hi, We're looking to do a short series of online cartoon animations about digital marketing. In short, the main protagonist is a somewhat savvy business woman who is interviewing marketing agencies for proposed work. Along the way, humorously, it is revealed that the agency sales presenters are wrong, grossly incompetent, lame or just making stuff up. The cartoon or animation style can be relatively basic beyond facial expressions. An 'old school' or 'retro' or 'classic' style might be snazzy. Think 50's era. Open to ideas/styles. Being that these are sit down / static interviews, one woman (protagonist), and various agency presenters, I don't see it as needing to be 3d or overly complicated. The target audience is Irish/English - We have the capacity to record the voice over story line in-house here. That would be in order to get at least one authentic Irish accent in there, but we'd prefer to not do this to ensure overall quality is in your control. So, proposals are welcome to include pricing for both with AND without voice over story line work (in good english only).
