Design a Logo

We are a startup in the area of online surveys. We propose to help companies hear the voice of employees by designing and managing customised employee surveys. Our clients are large to small companies based in India. Our services are used by the Human Resource Department of these companies. We have developed a brand blue print (can be shared later), wherein the brand personality has been described as "efficient, domain expert with a passion for excellence ". Our clients need to see us as such. For the employee community, we need to come across as impartial, discreet and approachable. Our company vision is to "help you engage with you people better". The visual branding of our brand needs to be uncluttered and will mostly be visible on our website (still to be created). As the first step in the visual branding part, we want to develop our logo. Basis our company vision, one direction for the mnemonic could be based on bonding / reducing distances / creating understanding (between the company & employee community). Another direction could be based on the fact that we make it simple and hassle-free / efficient / simple for the companies to hear their VOE. We also bring focus on the VOE. The logo will be simple. Our brand name is Voice-over. We need to develop a way of writing the name and link it to a mnemonic. it can also be combined. We are not looking for complex graphics to be incorporated. Mostly it should be a play of modern fonts, bold, italic with some colour if needed. It should work well in black & white as well as colour (if used). Both text and graphic should remain simple and legible in small fonts/print ( visiting cards or even smaller url). We need this in a hurry. Ideally over the weekend first submit and closure by 4th Nov. Our budget for this work is $150. To facilitate chat / calls we are located in India - our time: GMT minus 5.5 hrs
