Design of ratings

What is needed: A set of 6-10 (or more if you can) skins for rating system in form of layered photoshop files (see psd in attachment). Each skin has to have 2 or 3 states (see attached images): - inactive (or background) state - first active state - second active state (optional) here is an example how it works: [login to view URL] Conditions: - all skins must be original (do NOT copy/paste from internet) - no special requirements to what it will look like (stars, hearts, snake, fruits or anything else you can draw, but please, let us know in advance) - set of skins (6-10) must be visually attractive and more or less consistent (ideally in same theme/style) - high quality is better then hight quantity - (optional) possibility to easily adjust colors in provided psd files is a plus (20% of reward will be added) - (optional) possibility to scale skins or better several psd files with 2-3 most appropriate sizes (20% of reward will be added) Budget: 70$ + up to 40% (see above) PS: if you can provide more then one set of skins (for example one set in theme fruits, second set in theme animals, third - star wars etc...) please contact us with your proposal of themes and prices.
