Must be knowledgeable in latest technology and modern design trends. We're looking for someone who has familiarity with parallax scrolling, flat design, responsive, and other styles and elements. Site design will include a solid working knowledge of design elements and layout, with appropriate text placement. Must have knowledge of one or more of the following: HTML, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, PHP, and Graphic Creation (icon development, image process). MySQL DB, and Flash experience helpful. Must have up-to-date portfolio, with examples of work helpful. Attention to detail important. Must be able to understand how websites convert to leads, and sales—meaning proper layout, navigation, and calls to action.
