Please help me to know the following things: 1) For order management, the shipping orders should be automated or your Client's admin make manual requests to your warehouse? 2) For the entre shipping status i.e. Picked, shipped, in-transit, delivered, you are responsible for the notifications to customer's mail or SMS ? 3) Should the status also to be shown in Client's respective accounts ?
