Improve style and set up of existing WP website

I need a CREATIVE and IMAGINATIVE freelancer who can look at my website, work out what it needs to improve its style, looks, general appearance and functionality, and bring it to life. The chosen freelancer will be expected to use his/her own initiative to make the website go from nothing to something big and creative. You will need to be familiar with CSS and creating child themes. You will need to be able to get the job done without asking lots of questions, just being creative and working from your own ideas. You will be happy to make unlimited revisions until project is satisfactory. you will need examples of previous jobs of a similar nature. You will be confident you can do this task without constant guidance, and understand that its your expertise we are relying on. chosen freelancer will have full access to admin panel and cpanel, and you will be expected to submit images of your improvements and layout arrangements using photoshop mockups taken from the original site. You will be able to get this work finished smoothly, using proper practise and will be happy to continue work until full satisfaction.
