Logo, Info-graphic brochure/policy documents and booklet design.

I need a designer with info graphic skills to formulate a) Company logo ( Mile stone payment of £30) b) Policy document which is currently 74 pages of 29 policies which needs some charts and graphs designing alone with infographic style pages. I believe this document could be reduced to a page per policy but I’m not a designer so just a guess. (Milestone payment of £75 ) c) An employee handbook which is currently 20 pages which we expect would be halved. Milestone payment of (£30) d) A business plan currently 15 pages end payment (£ 25) We are looking to use info graphic design in all of the documents and need someone who can consider company identity and creativity for the project. The work has been proof read and is ready just to transfer text however the person we need must be able to read the subject matter and create infographic style designs to make it funky and easily read. Our market is a training center where we will provide qualifications to the general public, childcare workers, education and social working professionals, young adults and adult children. Therefore we need a bit funky easily absorbed bites of information. I have uploaded our current logo which we liked but it feels too 'Mumsy' so we want another option we feel it needs to be more current. Initially we will train childcare workers, parents and teachers in the future we will offer courses and training to other sectors.
