Looking for Graphic Designer on ongoing basis: blog-posts, PDFs, Infographics, Brochures

We are a small coaching & consulting practice and are looking for a web/graphic designer to help us create a consistent brand-experience: your tasks would include - 'prettifying' blog-posts - creating brochures & info-graphics & downloadable PDFs - helping with the 'graphics' side of our videos (if you have video-editing skills, that's an added bonus, but not essential) Here would be an example of what we'd be looking for in a PDF/Infographic: [login to view URL] and here an example of a blog-post: [login to view URL] (watch those first before replying!) Initially, this would be a part-time position, but once you've proven yourself, this can turn into a full-time position if you desire. The very first steps would be: a) you share your portfolio with us, demonstrating blog-post design, info-graphics and PDFs (video: added bonus) b) in your reply, you mention the name of the brand (it's a person) of the PDF I shared in the first video above - this is to demonstrate that you've actually read this thing and watched the videos - we will not consider anyone who sends us a copy&paste "hey, I can do anything"-offer c) please include a 3 sentence summary why you think you'd be a good fit for what we are looking for, and what excites you about the work d) once we have decided on a shortlist (based on your portfolio & your 3-sentence summary), we'll do a series of short, paid trial-jobs to make sure we can come to a working arrangement that works for both of us. looking forward to hearing from you Veit
