Need a script price comparison website like kabbee.com ( please quote or if interested in potential partnership within the company,shares )

It needs to have a front end and back end and seperate portal for companies to login to find their bookings and add prices, availability, airport prices, they need to be able to see their payment history where they can see how much they will be paid each week and if they cant cover a booking then they should be able to return it so we can assign it to another company on the site. CLients need to have a front end where they can put a to b and then enter date time and how many passengers or extra requirements such as child or booster seats and then when they submit next page should give them a list of companies with their prices. I also want to have a social media integration with the site where they can rate the companies and leave a review and login with their google or facebook account. Also want to have a bookings bin where companies can bid for jobs or select jobs which other companies have returned or are unable to cover. This is a huge project and a very lucrative one.
