I need some Graphic Design

I wish to illustrate a business innovation process for an engineering / manufacturing business. The process is illustrated in the attached file "innovation pipeline". I wish for this diagram to be reproduced so that it appears clean and professional. It will be presented in a powerpoint presentation so it needs to be as simple and easy to understand as possible. The process is trying to illustrate the development of ideas that come from anyone in the business, into refined ideas that meet the business' objectives, and finally are approved through an executive board. A successful idea will become either "GKN X Project" or "Divisional Project". At each selection gate ideas can be rejected or sent back for rework. Please do not change the words used, however it is ok to change the style, the lines, and how the process is represented (so far we have used a "funnel" concept). I would like the final diagram delivered in the following colours: (white on a transparent background) and (black on a transparent background). I would also like to receive an editable file so that simple modifications can easily be made in the future. Thank you.
