Product Brochure Design

I'm after an estimate on an A4 double sided brochure or possibly an a3 bi fold if you can't get it into 2 pages. Finding it time limiting plus wouldn't mind something from a fresh set of eyes. Would need it for print and Electronic copy for email. Products -6/7 1 Individual print price & Print collections or Albums (same price) 3 photos 2 Traditional Family frame 3 Canvas collection 4 piece 4 Acrylic 60x20 5 canvas 5 piece 6 acrylic 40 x 40 Just one Photo of each included of the wall art. The frames will have a description and pricing on their own or with an album, So it needs to be clear they can do either... The bundle is the best value and were aiming to sell those. Perhaps feature how many images on its own or included with album etc. They will also include wall space measurents for area required. Eg 80x40" Would have price plus take home Layby break up eg deposit + x payments of x or could have a feature for lay-bys that gives examples of amounts - time frames. Have *couples favourite* *young fam fav* *complete family fav* feature button thingy Somewhere on brochure have master/visa/Amex logos take home Layby and maybe something that says we have 12 week in house Layby? These will go out with booking confirmation letters or emailed after a couple points of contact and price request. Trying to think of a call of action of comment that says 'your photos look better on your wall than on a usb in the draw' !! All collections come with a usb (except single prints) we also do digital collections but the are only a couple hundred dollars cheaper than print collections, not sure if to put them in there to cut out the 'I just want the disc and assume it will be dirt cheap' objection... Open to any suggestions of course ... Are you able to provide an estimate ... And also ETD of first proof from when I provide all content? And also please provide links to samples of other graphic/ preferably brochure design. Thanks so much.
