Rework assets for new website - Please send portfolio

Hello, Project purpose We are rebuilding our website. Our goal is to create an efficient, modern and minimalist website. We want to show that we can create efficient and conversion optimized website, without forgetting that we are a branding agency. Our line of work is to be the perfect match between elegance and lead conversion. We want to be original in the way to promote design. We need to be very light in images and assets in order to be google friendly. Each page has to be max 1 MB. I used to work with brand associates who left the company They didn’t believe that designers can be from other countries than France (They are french speakers only) I’m willing to hire a team of designers abroad (Indonesia, Philippines) to give a regular job I think the webdesigners in Bangladesh, Indonesia are the designers of the future I’m looking for a designer able to manage our social posts as well and to be our director of creation. I don’t want to change everything from what we already built but to improve and promote this work to our future potential customers.
