Seeking partner for SaaS app

My name is Sam Pfeiffer. I am a entrepreneur starting a new project and company and looking for help. I am seeking a long term business partner with business skills and experience, that can also develop a mobile app and website for our new business, launch app and website, market, operate and grow new app and website business.
