Talented UX/Web Design For Digital Agency

I'm after a gun UX/web/graphic designer to create an eye capturing website for my digital agency. This work will open up the potential for ongoing jobs for my agency. You must have a portfolio available on your profile. The design needs to be bold, innovative and involve clever forms of parallax scrolling and 'nature/lifestyle' stock video backgrounds to tell my story. I'll also need your recommendations on what type of animations we can integrate. (We can discuss ideas together to incorporate into design). It needs to be designed seamlessly across devices (with both a phone, desktop and ipad design). I will be forwarding your final design/UX instructions for a developer and animator to implement. So you will need to liaise with he/she to get the job done right. I have a wordpress theme called 'Highend' - A super flexible premium theme, ,which I will need to be considered for the design. (If required, happy to have certain sections build/coded in if required to do the design/UX justice).
