Video/ Graphic Editor and Designer

Description: The graphic designer/video editor is charged with determining the best ways for us to visually represent our education projects. It is a people-oriented job, involving visual development of creative concepts based on science subjects. Major design areas include YouTube thumbnails and infographics for video. It also involves working with educators, pitching designs, and understanding their needs and objectives. Our main focus is to make our videos standout (crisp and clean) with the use of graphically made notes to launch a series of videos on YT. Job Description includes but is not limited to: - Work with departments to establish project vision and objectives - Assist in designing and creating storyboards - Prepare design plan, concept and layout for video graphic project - Design graphics and animations using computer software - Assist in selecting audio, video, colours, animation, etc for graphic design - Take graphic elements, add effects and create a moving motion graphics piece proficiency with notability and other ipad pro apps
