WEBSITE DESIGN USING WORDPRESS - open to bidding -- 2

I require a simple website designed for me. Stated below in bullet points are what I expect the website to do for me. I guess that to design this website, the designer may need wordpress plugin for directory. Or as the designer deems fit. Please check the website: www.twinujobs.com. Now what I want is this: - There would be a bold link somewhere at the top right corner. - Once people click on that link, it should take them to a form that they would fill and submit. - Once they submit it, the website should automatically create a simple profile for each person that submits the form. - If the person applies for a driver job, the person's profile should appear under the tab for drivers. So that once a visitor clicks on 'driver', the visitor would see the list of drivers available. Please find attached the description of the website. I believer this is a simple wordpress website that can be finished off quickly. I already started it, but I could not do the form/directory/profile.
