We sell tickets. The tickets is of different types and prices. Example: Normal for $1, Regular for $ 2, VIP for $ 4, VVIP for $6 etc. Each type of ticket has different pin and serial numbers on it. When clients get to our office, we sell the ticket to them by writing the pin and serial number including the type of card and its price on a card for them to use to enter to the show. For example if that clients wants a ticket, we look at our excel sheets which contains the ticket type, price, pin & serial number, This is the format of our excel sheet Entry Date Type of ticket Serial Pin Price 1 5/4/15 VVIP 101 122 $ 6 2 5/4/15 VVIP 102 133 $6 3 5/4/15 VIP 103 144 $4 4 5/4/15 VIP 104 155 $4 5 5/4/15 normal 105 166 $1 We then look for a small card, then we write the clients name on the card, date ordered, time ordered, ticket type, price and serial & pin number on it and give it to the client. So if a clients called Chris needs five (5) VIP tickets, this is what we do. We take five small cards, and write this format on it and give it to the client to use. Example of client ordering a ticket after login into his or her account: Ticket type: VIP Price: $4 Qty: 5 Phone number: 999 Email: [login to view URL] Total: $20 PAY NOW When he or she place the order of tickets and pays for the tickets, the system will pick the type of tickets ordered, then send date ordered, time ordered, the serial and pin number of the tickets and the price to his or her phone number and email address and at the same time keeps the ticket details and the account the client has with us. This is the message that should be sent to his phone number and email address: Hello Client, this is your ticket details: ticket type: vip. price: $4, serial: 101, pin 201 Date: 6/4/2015 Time 5:30pm. Thank you for ordering. See you again soon. Sender: [login to view URL] Moreover you have create an admin login for us to upload tickets detail in our excel sheet and manage the tickets. WE will provide you sms api and payment gateway for u to use when we award you the project. Please provide a simple demo of this project on your own server for us to try firs before we award.
