1) Using different online tools, I was able to see that there are around 50 pages to be done. However, such tools are not very accurate at times. 2) I understand that you have to create a responsive version of this website using the PSDs you have. I am not sure if that PSD is different from current website. But in any case, we have to create a theme which will be responsive in nature as per PSDs. 3) Since you dont have access to the site, you will have to put it on a different URL? with same content? 4) Current site is not responsive and its very old design. I guess if the new design is responsive, then it will be a new layout as well. 5) I think you also need to create all pages as well as all content including all SEO related metas is to be transferred. So it includes content migration as well. 6) This can be done in a week. I am not sure if you have lesser time, if so, I can put two people to do it quicker.. Tx
