I would like to hire an Electrical Engineer

Hello, My name is Noah Deer, and I work with the Breast Implant Center of Hawaii as a medical student under Dr. Larry Schlesinger. Currently we are working on the submission of an article to a scientific journal on the latest iteration of the tummy tuck, and have a figure for a portion of our article that we need help illustrating. Our concept is that when you take skin from the superior portion of the abdomen and pull it to the inferior portion, that you create an excess of tissue to the lateral sides of the abdomen (as we like to call it “when you take from the vertical, you add to the horizontal). I’ve attached a sketch of what we are trying to illustrate, and we are looking for a mechanical engineer to help us create a figure suitable to publish in our article, along with wondering if there is some sort of mathematical concept that can validate this concept.
